Who we are

Topwell is a clothing manufacturer based in Guangdong, China, working with apparel brands in the UK, EU and US. What we collect

Quote form. When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, brand/company name (optional), current stage, product type, estimated quantity, target price, project description, an uploaded reference file (optional), and how you found us (optional).

Chat widget. We collect the messages you send to the assistant, and your email address only if you choose to give it during the conversation.

Automatically. Your approximate region (UK, EU or US) is inferred from your network location to show you the right currency and content — we do not log your IP address or any more precise location.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up if we haven't heard back from you. Chat messages are used only to answer your questions and, if you ask to be contacted, to pass your details to our team. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the site. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing:

• Resend — sends the email confirmations and follow-ups you receive from us.
• Web3Forms — a backup notification path, used only if our primary email service is unavailable.
• Cloudinary — stores any reference file you upload with a quote request.
• Anthropic — processes your chat messages to generate the assistant's replies.
• Our hosting and database provider stores your quote submission securely until it's deleted (see below).

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up — typically no more than 24 months — or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Chat transcripts are only stored if you provide an email during the conversation; otherwise they exist in your browser only for the length of that session.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies, all required for it to function correctly. We do not use any advertising or analytics cookies.

• topwell-region — remembers whether you're viewing the UK, EU or US version of the site. Contains no personal data.
• topwell-currency and topwell-country — remember the currency and country you selected, so prices display correctly on your next visit.
• topwell-csrf — a security cookie that prevents forms on this site being submitted by malicious third-party pages.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask us to: give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or move it elsewhere. To exercise any of these rights, email topwell.manufacturer.office@gmail.com — we'll respond within one month.

Children

This site is intended for business enquiries from apparel brands and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
