ONE FACTORY, ONE STANDARD

Your whole collection, not just one item.

Tees, hoodies, sweats, joggers and shorts — sampled, fabric-matched and produced as one consistent range, on the same floor, by the same team. No reason to split a collection across suppliers when one factory can hold the line on every piece. Low MOQs per style mean you can build a full range without over-committing on any single item.

BEFORE A GARMENT SHIPS

There's a lot that happens first.

As a clothing manufacturer working with brands across the UK, EU and US, every piece passes through fabric selection, pattern decisions, sample fittings and measurement checks — handled by people who catch problems before bulk production starts. Topwell runs that process directly, without passing orders through unrelated subcontractors.

How we work

WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH

A team that stays in apparel.

Topwell's production floor is run by a team that has stayed in garment manufacturing for the long term — not a trading middleman moving between categories season to season. The people who answer your questions are the same people overseeing production.

HOW WE WORK

  1. You send anything

Sketch, reference photo, tech pack, or an existing sample. We work with whatever stage you're at.

  2. We assess feasibility

We tell you what's realistic — what needs adjusting, what the likely costs are, and what the timeline looks like.

  3. Sampling begins

Fabric, fit and construction confirmed before bulk. No bulk production starts without sample approval.

  4. Bulk production with QC

Inline checks and final inspection. Any deviation flagged and resolved before the order ships.

  5. Reorder continuity

References kept on file so the next order doesn't start from scratch — consistent results across every run.

WHAT WE CONTROL IN-HOUSE

The highest-risk decisions stay with our team.

  • Design & Tech Pack Development
  • Sample Making
  • Fabric Sourcing & Approval
  • In-line Quality Control
  • Final Inspection
  • Packaging & Export Preparation
  • Reorder Records & Continuity
  • International Shipping
