Before approving a sample for bulk: check measurements against your spec sheet (not just by eye), inspect stitching and seam allowances, confirm fabric composition and colour against approved swatches, and test any functional elements — zips, closures, pockets — under real use.
Keep the approved sample. It becomes the physical reference for every reorder, and any deviation in bulk gets measured against it, not against memory.
