HOW WE WORK

Our clothing manufacturing process, from intake to shipping.

  1. Intake

You send anything — sketch, reference photo, tech pack, or an existing sample. That's how our clothing manufacturing process begins: we assess feasibility and tell you what's realistic on cost, MOQ and timeline before anything is committed.

  2. Sampling

Fabric, fit and construction are confirmed through one or more sample rounds. No bulk production starts without a sealed, approved sample on file.

  3. Quality control

In-line checks throughout bulk production, plus a final inspection before packing. Any deviation from the approved sample is flagged and resolved before the order ships.

  4. Bulk production

Production runs against the approved tech pack and sealed sample, with the same team overseeing the order from cutting through to final packing.

  5. Shipping

DDP and FOB options to the UK, EU and USA. Export documentation and packaging handled in-house.

REORDERS

Every reorder is checked against what shipped last time.

Sealed samples, fabric records and measurement data are kept on file for every order. When a reorder comes in, it's measured against those references — not against memory — so consistency holds across every run.
